NEBIS.AI / FOR AUDIT FIRMS / PLATFORM

The audit workspace where the file is prepared before you open it.

AI agents draft the working papers, schedules, samples and completion documents for each engagement. Your team reviews, your partner signs, and every step leaves a record an inspector can follow.

Walkthrough

Five minutes with a prepared file.

From the prepared file arriving, through evidence sorted by AI and review notes answered, to partner sign-off and archive. How it works explains each step.

Shown on a fictional company with invented figures. AI prepares; your partners review and sign. Client data is never used to train AI.

In the workspace

Everything the file needs, documented to the item.

/ 01

The whole working paper, prepared

Every paper in the file is drafted in full and shown in full, on screen and in the PDF and Excel output. Reviewers see the entire paper, not a summary of it.

/ 02

Item-level schedules

Behind each narrative sits the schedule of what was tested: the items, their identifying details, the procedure, the result and the evidence reference. The narrative is the summary; the schedule is the record.

/ 03

Lead schedules and coverage

Each section opens with its line items, current and prior-year figures, variance analysis and adjustments, and closes with a coverage summary showing how every dollar of the line is covered.

/ 04

Sampling you can re-perform

Items above performance materiality and key items are tested in full. The rest are sampled, and each random selection has its own paper listing the population, the numbering and every draw, so a reviewer can repeat it.

/ 05

Confirmations

A confirmations register tracks each request, response and reminder. Where a confirmation is not returned, the alternative procedures are recorded item by item.

/ 06

Journal entry testing from the ledger

Journal entries are selected from the imported general ledger against stated criteria, with the criteria and amounts shown, so the selection is transparent rather than an opaque score.

/ 07

Materiality that keeps up

Materiality is reassessed at planning, on the final trial balance and at completion. A lower figure flows through to sample sizes, thresholds and the sections it affects. Work already done is never reduced.

/ 08

Review notes, answered

Reviewers raise notes on any paper. The agent answers them in the paper, and notes that need something from the client become document requests.

/ 09

Completion documents, drafted

The management representation letter, the auditor's report and the management letter on internal control deficiencies are drafted from the file, versioned, and approved and signed by your people.

/ 10

Significant matters and judgements

A register of the significant matters, the conclusions reached and the judgements made, ready for the engagement partner and, where there is one, the engagement quality reviewer.

/ 11

Changed after sign-off

Every sign-off keeps a snapshot of what was signed. If anything changes later, it is flagged as changed after sign-off, showing before and now, until it is signed again.

/ 12

A verifiable archive

At archive, the file becomes a pack of the final papers as PDF and Excel, every evidence file as uploaded and the audit trail, readable without Nebis.
