NEBIS.AI / SERVICES / 01 / AI IMPLEMENTATION

AI implementation, proven on us first.

Most AI consultants have never run the process they’re automating. We rebuilt our own firm on AI agents — and it had to survive statutory deadlines. Now we map the processes eating your team, build agents into the tools you already use, and keep the judgement — and the audit trail — with your people.

What's included

Where the engine goes to work.

/ 01

AI opportunity map

Where your team's hours actually go, and which processes are worth automating — and which aren't. We'll tell you honestly when AI is the wrong answer.

/ 02

Agent design & build

Agents built into the tools you already use — no rip-and-replace, no year-long platform project. Working automation in weeks, not roadmaps.

/ 03

Document & data intake

The messiest, highest-return starting point: invoices, contracts, forms, inboxes and PDFs read, coded and filed without a human retyping them.

/ 04

Workflow automation

Approvals, reconciliations, chasers and reporting packs that run themselves — and escalate to your people only when judgement is needed.

/ 05

Controls & human-in-the-loop

Every agent logs its reasoning and every decision stays reviewable. Built to survive an audit, because we built ours to.

/ 06

Adoption & handover

Your team trained, the process documented, the keys handed over — or we keep running it alongside you. Your call, engagement by engagement.

PROOF

We did it to ourselves first

This isn't slideware. The agents we deploy are the pattern we run on our own filings, closes and deadlines — we sell the version we had to live with.

START

One process, thirty days

No transformation programme. We pick the process that hurts most, put an agent on it, and measure the hours it gives back — then decide together what's next.

CONTROL

Automation with an audit trail

We're accountants: controls aren't an afterthought. Agents draft, your people approve, and every action is logged with its reasoning.

Everyone will sell you AI advice. We sell the version we had to live with.

Common questions

AI questions, answered straight.

Where should a business actually start with AI?+

With one painful, repetitive process — for most businesses that's document intake (invoices, forms, contracts) or a reporting pack someone rebuilds every month. We pilot on real work for about thirty days, measure the hours returned, and only then widen the scope. Starting with a grand strategy deck is how AI projects die.

Do we need to replace our existing systems?+

No — and be wary of anyone who says yes. Agents sit on top of the tools you already run — your accounting system, spreadsheets, inbox and drive folders. The fastest wins come from automating between existing systems, not replacing them.

What happens when the AI gets something wrong?+

It gets caught — by design. Agents draft; your people approve. Exceptions and low-confidence items are escalated to a human, and every action carries its logged reasoning, so you can trace any output back to its source. That review-and-sign discipline is the same one we apply to our own statutory work.

What does AI implementation cost?+

Commercial terms are agreed engagement by engagement — scoped to the process, not sold as a platform subscription. We start with a small, tightly-scoped pilot so you can judge the value on real work before committing further. No enterprise sales dance.
