This Data Protection Notice sets out the basis on which Nebis Consulting Pte Ltd (UEN 201118065G), trading as Nebis AI (“we”, “us”, “our”), and its affiliates may collect, use, disclose or otherwise process personal data of individuals in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). It applies to personal data in our possession or under our control.
/ 01Collection, use and disclosure
We may collect personal data from clients, business partners, contractors, employees and job applicants. We only collect data provided to us voluntarily, for business purposes or for the purpose stated when we gather it. This may include your name, contact details, company information, and details of your interaction with our website (including any enquiry or “Book a walkthrough” request).
The personal data collected may be used to provide and administer our services, as part of our business operations, to respond to enquiries, complaints, feedback or requests, to meet our legal, regulatory and professional obligations, and to assist in law enforcement and investigations by governmental or regulatory authorities.
Where we process personal data contained in a client's records in the course of providing our services, we do so on that client's behalf and on their instructions as a data intermediary — not for our own purposes — and each client's data is kept segregated.
/ 02Withdrawal of consent
The consent you provide remains valid until withdrawn in writing. You may withdraw consent and request that we stop using or disclosing your personal data by writing to our Data Protection Officer. We will cease within ten business days of receiving your request, unless required or authorised under applicable laws. Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to provide a service to you.
/ 03Access and correction
You may request access to a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or request a correction, by writing to our Data Protection Officer. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible. A reasonable fee may be charged for an access request; we will inform you before processing it.
/ 04Protection and retention
We use appropriate administrative, physical and technical measures — including access controls, encryption in transit and segregation of client environments — to safeguard personal data. We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law and our professional obligations.
/ 05Transfers outside Singapore
Some of the tools and infrastructure we use may store or process personal data outside Singapore. Where we transfer personal data overseas, we take steps to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.
